How many things can I have in my Saved Items?

You can have up to 500 pieces in your Saved Items at one time and create 50 Boards to group them just for you.

If you've logged into your account, your Saved Items will expire after 6 months. If you're not logged in, your items will expire after 60 days.

Can I have an item sent to someone as a gift?

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order.

We don't offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. You might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel!

We don't display the prices of items on the paperwork included with an order so you can keep how much you've spent a secret.

In the unlikely event that there's a problem with the order, we won't be able to discuss any details with the recipient of the parcel. We can only discuss order and account information with the registered RUMAH MODE account holder for the account the order was placed on.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

As we're an exclusively online retailer we sell directly to the public - we therefore don't offer wholesale.

How can I search for items on the website?

Do you know what it is you are looking for? If so type it into the search box at the top of every page and click on the magnifying glass.

Or, to browse through what's available, select a category from the drop downs under Women and Men.

From the options at the top of the page, you can then narrow your search by:

On the RUMAH MODE app, you can also search for products with just one tap using Style Match. In the search bar, tap on the camera icon and snap or upload a picture from your photo library. We'll help you find the item or recommend something similar, instantly!

Found what you want? Add it to your shopping bag and when you're done shopping, follow the instructions on screen to complete your order.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We're really sorry if you've received an email saying one or more of the items you've ordered is out of stock.

When this happens, it means we thought we had stock of the item when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order up we realised we didn't have the item available anymore.

Will you restock the item?

You'll need to make sure you're opted into receiving push notifications from us. To do this, simply go to My Account and select Notifications. Once there, you'll be able to see whether you're opted into receiving stock notifications or not.

Once your settings are up-to-date, you can opt into receiving a notification if a product in your Saved items becomes available again.

To do this, simply go to your saved items and tap notify me. If the item comes back into stock in your selected size, we'll let you know.

Please note, this feature is only available on the RUMAH MODE app at the moment. If you're using our desktop or mobile site, we won't be able to let you know if an item is coming back into stock.

Where can I find your size guide?

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages to help you find the perfect fit, first time!

Where is your size guide displayed?

Just click on the Size Guide button on each product page or check out our Women's and Men's size guides for measurements, fitting tips, washing tips - everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.

If the size guide isn't available on the product page, it's because some brands' sizing differs slightly to ours.

The option to view the size guide will vary dependant on what device you're using. Look out for your Fit Assistant recommendation for a better idea of what size you should be looking for.

Can you recommend a size?

You'll also see our Fit Assistant on some product pages - keep an eye out for the blue circle near the Size drop down. Our Fit Assistant will ask for information such as your height, age and weight to help you choose the right size when you order, and will also look at your order history. When you're logged in, you'll then see a size recommendation on some product pages, best matched to the information you've provided.

What is Wishlist?

You're able to save items for later in your wishlist, so if you're browsing the website and aren't ready to buy anything straight away, you can add the item in your saved items list ready for when you want to buy - and you can keep tabs on your must have items in the meantime.

How does it work?

To add an item to your wishlist, simply log into your RUMAH MODE account and click on the star icon on each product page.

Once an item is added to your wishlist, you'll be able to see if it has reduced in price since adding it to your wishlist, if the item is out of stock in your chosen colour/size or if it's out of stock completely.

You'll even be able to see if the item is low in stock so you can snap it up before it goes out of stock.

How long does it save an item for?

When you save an item for later, it'll be added to your wishlist for 6 months. After 6 months, the item will be removed from the list. To view your wishlist, just click on the star icon at the top right hand side on any page of the website.

Please note, if you're not logged into your account, the item will remain on your Saved Items list for 60 days. After 60 days, the item will be removed from the list.

Is my item reserved?

Saving an item for later does not reserve the item for you - items placed in your wishlist can still be bought by other customers.

If you add an item to your shopping bag but don't go to checkout, the item will be automatically moved to your wishlist where it will be held for 6 months.

Items will only appear in your wishlist for 6 months. After this time, any item that hasn't been purchased will be removed from your wishlist.

What if my Wishlist item goes out of stock?

If you're using our app, you can sign up to receive back in stock notifications.

You'll need to make sure you're opted into receiving push notifications from us. To do this, simply go to My Account and select Notifications. Once there, you'll be able to see whether you're opted into receiving stock notifications or not.

Once your settings are up-to-date, you can opt into receiving a notification if a product in your Saved items becomes available again. To do this, simply go to your saved items and tap notify me. If the item comes back into stock in your selected size, we'll let you know.

Will you be getting more stock?

If you have an item in your saved items list, you can choose to be notified if the item comes back in stock, when using the RUMAH MODE app.

How do Back in Stock notifications work?

To receive a back in stock notification, you'll need to make sure you're opted into receiving push notifications from us.

  1. Go to My Account and select Notifications.
  2. Choose which notifications you'd like to receive.
  3. Once you're opt into receiving Stock Notifications, simply go to your Saved Items and select Notify Me. If the item comes back into stock in your selected size, we'll let you know.

When will I be notified?

We're not able to let you know if, or when you'll receive a back in stock notification for an item, and this feature is only available on the RUMAH MODE app at the moment.

If you've received a back in stock notification, you'll need to be quick as we cannot guarantee how long the item will be back in stock for.

If the item goes back out of stock again before you've purchased it, you'll need to sign up to be notified again.

If something in your Saved Items is out of stock, you can select See Similar Items to see some of our recommended alternatives.

Type a description into the search box on our website and use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the selection.

You could also try Style Match on the RUMAH MODE app, which will help you find something similar to the item you're looking for. Go to the search bar and tap the camera icon - from here, you can upload a picture from your photo library or snap a photo and we'll show you a variety of similar items instantly.
